sociology, focused on the sociology of migration.
Dr. Karimi combines critical analysis of
methodological and conceptual developments
in the study of human migration, race, and
sexuality/gender with empirical research on
immigrants/refugees from the Middle East,
North and Sub-Saharan Africa, and Europe.
